Yes, Fort Sumter in Charleston Harbor was the site where President Lincoln began the War. Lincoln secretly plotted to resupply the Fort against all recommendations and Constitutional rational. Thus, then the resupply ships showed up in violation of a standing agreement with the Commanding Officer of the Fort, it was an aggressive act of war and provocation by the Union and that act started the War.
Everyone should study the war, and the Tyranny prcticed by Lincoln and his adminstration. No wonder Obama claims Lincoln is his hero - neither belived in the Constitution
