I visitted many of the places in Iran mentioned in this article, and on that trip found the people to be among the least friendly I have encountered. In fact, the friendliest people I met in Tehran turned out to be Iraqis. But I will not condemn an entire people based on that one trip, or praise them the way this article does.
Incidentally, I would have to agree that in my experience the friendliest people are the New Zealanders (Kiwis).
