As you know, I'm a big fan of post-camera processing; however, in my experience, the more you can get the camera to work for you, the less hard work it is to "fix" the image afterwards. I always end up with better images if I do the white balance in camera first, and then make any additional adjustments that might be necessary after I download the shot on my computer.
Does that make sense?
