I actually found your witty remark on how the Londoners are complaining to the authorities about the snow quite true. I am living in Cardiff, Wales where the "drama" is the same... Why should they have better preparation schemes for this kind of weather when it rarely snows here? :| If you turn the telly on it is the same thing, they even tried to compare it to Russian weather... silliness at its most, they should enjoy the show! I can tell you that even in Cardiff it snowed (which is even rarer than in London) for a day and it was beatiful!
