That sounds wicked, but way too hard for me. Interesting vacation idea though. Do you know of any "boot camp" style vacations that are more possible for the "entry level" person? By entry level, I mean average folks who know the dessert menu at their neighborhood pub better than they know the class schedule at their gym. Something to kick start a fitness habit.

There are plenty of programs out there. I focused on this one because it's the most authentic (from what I saw). Most of them seem to be fitness-oriented rather than military, though, which is why I chose cover this one.
