united out sourced aircraft cleaning to third party vendors, maybe 3 years ago, here in chicago they use people who come here on 6 month work visas from poland (scrub inc)
they get 3 people to work for what it cost for one united employee, i believe they pay by the plane , cheaper isnt always better , but the bean counters are in charge....
