Continental Airlines to drop out of SkyTeam alliance on October 24th

I hope that when they join Star Alliance I get to keep my miles and they award them at the same level. Recently SAS started giving you only 50% of your miles when you booked discounted economy (who doesn't fly discounted). United isn't doing this, but hopefully Continental will still give 100% for discounted economy.
