I am originally from Indiana, so we have places there like French Lick, Bear Branch, Stone Head and Gnaw Bone along with odd names like Loogootee, Quercus Grove, Twelve Mile and Santa Claus.
Texas, where I live now has some interesting ones like Cumby (whose HS teams go by the name of Trojans-my all-time favorite), Muleshoe, Lazbuddie, Frognot, Dumas, Knippa, Iraan and Corpus Christi.
