I would like to ask the Major if there is any possibility of putting speed bumps in Tugela Way Portlands Mitchells Plain for the mere reason that two nights ago i almost had a car in my living room and this was the second time. Not only do they speed in a residential area but when something happens then our local law enforcement is too reluctant to look the other way, even if they are just put on the corners for now just to minimise the risk of one night waking up and finding a vehicle in my home. I beg of you please to assist with this as i have a family to protect just like anybody else and have thus far been very casual about the whole episode but will not stand for it again if it should happen again.
