Actually that was Sonny Bono. Denver died in a plane crash.

Yes, sad about John Denver...still a couple of my all time favorite songs....all lost over fuel :(

P.S. are there really "fuel gauges" in the cockpits ??

It was a glider plane...it didn't need fuel
