People are stupid at times and yes we try to blame what we do to others on outside factors. But with that said the airlines need to take some measure of control when serving people alocohol on planes as it can be dangerous to other people. As a frequent flyer myself I know that before I board a long flight I tend to prepare myself for what lies ahead and it also helps me to lossen up to sit and socialize with the people that surround me on the plane for 8 to 10 hours.
To ban alcohol on flights would be a bad move at this time. As someone who is Irish (and yes I get it all the time about drinking) I tend to think that we need a little lubing up before a long flight, but it is about personal responsibility and we need to act like grown ups in all aspects of our lives!
