I accidently attached a page of my personal journal instead of a document I was sending out. Now some of my secrets are out in the open. Still hanging my head down when I go by certain people.

I am careful about my emails so if I have made any gaffes they have not been brought to my attention.

Some lady sent me an email detailing her personal medical problem. Somehow she confused my e-mail address with her husband's.

A co-worker sent a scathing email to another co-worker and signed my name to it. The recipient was angry with me and I was definitely angry at the jerk who used my name without my permission.

I once got an email from a friend while I was at work. It contained a link to a 'funny video' he wanted me to look at. I clicked the link and the video started playing but the sound was very low. I turned my speakers up to hear but it was still too low so I turned them up all the way. Imagine my horror as the trick video he'd sent me to suddenly gained FULL VOLUME and exclaimed loudly, "Hey everyone. I'm watching porn!!!".

I accidentally sent a email telling a young lady that I wanted to take her out for drinks, dancing, etc..
once I hit the send key, I realized that I sent it to the wrong female friend.
Needless to say... the wrong female replied and I had to take her out to save face...

I have gotten an email from my sister about an argument between her and her boyfriend, I'm pretty sure I wasn't supposed to get it. I just promptly deleted it and acted like I never got it.

Oh, this one is easy. I thought I was forwarding an email message from a coworker to a friend. I was mocking said coworker because he drives me nuts. As you may have guessed, I replied to the coworker instead of forwarding to the friend. Funny thing is that in dealing with it it actually helped our relationship a bit. Took me a long time to not be embarrassed about it though.

I once got a e-mail from someone telling me that my doctor wants me to come into his office as soon as possible. Don't wait for an appointment!!! Since I hadn't been to the doctor, I e-mailed the person back saying they had the wrong address. I hope the right person is O.K. because I never heard anything more.

I have never had an "e-mail accident", but my husband's co-worker sent a very unflattering e-mail to everyone accidently. It said a lot of bad things about his boss, and the higher-ups in the company. He just meant to send it to his wife. Oops! He is really lucky to still have his job, but now everyone knows what he really thinks....
