Gadling's 10 days of gadget giveaways - day 3 - Tom Bihn bags

Tom Bihn designs and produces their bags in the USA, and their Checkpoint Flyer bag was recently featured in our best 25 travel products of 2008. Up for grabs in this giveaway are 2 Tom Bihn bags.
The Tom Bihn Western Flyer is described as "the ultimate overnight bag" and provides a whopping 26 liters of storage space, waterproof zippers and a divided front compartment roomy enough for a pair of shoes!
The Tom Bihn Aeronaut is equally impressive; this 3-in-1 bag is a soft bag, backpack and duffel bag at the same time. You can wear the bag over your shoulder, on your back, or simply carry it through the airport. The bag holds up to 45 liters of your stuff, and features splashproof zippers. Of course, the bag is approved as a carry-on for most airlines, including the strict rules at London Heathrow airport.

What a wonderful travel site! The flyer travel bag is something I wish we would have had when we went to India and to Greece last year...it would have made it so much nicer & easier!

My favorite product from the Gadling top 25 travel products of 2008 is the Panasonic Lumix TZ5 Camera. I chose this product because my husband and I have specifically been looking for a new digital camera to use when we are traveling or just to use when we want to capture those special moments while we are on the go with our 3 young children, and this camera literally has all the specs we are looking for in a camera! I am so glad to learn about it today and perhaps this may be the one we decide to purchase! Thank you so much for the opportunity to learn about all of these cool products and for the opportunity to enter this very fine giveaway! Happy Thanksgiving!

The chargepod! A brilliant solution. I recently travelled with the family, and we had a veritable rat's nest of assorted power chords to charge up cell phones, game devices, iPods, etc. stuffed into one of our bags. It was a mess and took up a lot of space... not to mention the confusion of sorting them out, and the hidden fears that you forgot the one charger you should have packed!
The chargepod has my vote for simplifying one's electronic accessory requirements. :)

The Tom Bihn Checkpoint Flyer is my favorite. With the charge for checked luggage, I find myself putting more in my carry-on bag, including my laptop. Then I get to security and have to take off shoes, coat, pull out laptop, etc. Just being able to leave the laptop in the bag would be marvelous.

The Tom Bihn Aeronaut- I know it's part of the giveaway, but the fact it converts from duffel to backpack is what I find vastly appealing. The Blackberry Curve comes in a close second :) Thank you.
