Jamie your commentary on Kazakhstan is absolutely ignorant.
I can take you to a restaurant in Arizona where they served fried Rattlesnakes.
Would I imply that all American's eat this way like you have done with the people of Kazakhstan?
The Kazakhs indeed are some of the friendliest and warmest people in the world. And many of them in the city of Almaty speak English.
If your compadres couldn't get help in this city then that tells me that they were probably acting like arrogant foreigners that nobody wanted to help.
Any idiot that believe Borat represents this great country also believes that Austin Powers represents the UK.
So the next time you want to ridicule a people why don't you open up your own photo album first.
