Emland, what a cool suggestion and a train is not in the book. Actually, #101 is for the reader's suggestion, so that's your 101. That means there are 89 more places for you to find out. I do highly recommend the book. If you click on the title, it takes you to a site where you can order it. I think it's less than $10. I still have yet to take the book back to the library.
