You're an idiot oceanic. Maybe when your country actually joins the EU you'll have enough space for a come back that actually makes sense.

Tobacco lawsuits exist because cigarette companies USED to claim cigarettes cause no damage to your health when in fact they do, and they, the companies, knew that.

Batman's mayor is obviously a tool, and this is clearly a publicity grabbing stunt because they have no chance in hell of winning this in any court.
