The system works great, and Nokia's SIP integration makes it feel just like ordinary calling. The only problem is that GrandCentral has apparently stopped giving out invites, so it may be hard to get an account there. And I've yet to find anything bad about the E71. In all honesty, it's the greatest phone I've ever used. The camera could be a tad better, but I think I just have high expectations having come from an N95.
