An additional correction...from a different Matt...this time it's the Matt that is Public Art Administrator at Denver International Airport...
The previous Matt is right that the sculpture at Denver International Airport is a Mustang. But the artist is actually the late Luis Jimenez.
Lawrence Argent created "I See What You Mean"...the big blue bear that is installed at the Denver Convention Center.
Additional correction..."Mustang" was commissioned for $300,000 as opposed to its value which is much higher.
Finally, as a member of the cultural community of Denver which hosts several sculptures of large animals, I think a giant red rabbit will be a fine addition to the Sacramento Airport.
