had a layover through JFK and lived to tell about the T5 experience. free internet and power hook-ups at any airport is enough for me. T5 just throws in overpriced knick-knack stores and a high-tech food court. self-order, pick up and pay. easy as that, but it still has its hiccups as it took some customers over 30 mins waiting for a simple burger.
