I know of a similar incident that happened in Baltimore some years ago. A lady sitting in the middle of the row behind the driver was not wearing a seat belt. The van driver hit the brakes, she went forward and hit her head on the windshield. She died later in the hospital. A business associate of mine went to the hospital in the ambulance with her because this woman was away from home and her family and knew no one. ALWAYS wear your seat belt in these vans. You NEVER know!!! How tragic!!!!!!
