Despite our own stupid war on drugs at least you'll have some semblance of sanity with our legal system; testing some other country's is downright foolhardy.

I wouldn't merely suggest caution in using it overseas, I would flat out say you are an idiot if you do so.

And yes, I am in favor of legalizing all drugs, all drugs, in this country.

I like Chris Rock but I don't watch him (or any other HBO special) while I am banging my wife - I do not want to dilute the experience. Travel is far too important to dilute the journey with a momentary buzz or risk your liberty for an easily deferred activity.

And if you cannot easily defer smoking a joint for a few weeks, then you need to go to rehab instead of Riyad.
