Happy Birthday Gadling! Win free premium tickets to Amsterdam on OpenSkies!
If you haven't heard the buzz about OpenSkies, they're the new premium carrier flying from the east coast into Europe. Earlier this year they launched their first route between JFK and Paris, and as of October 15th they're starting their second route from JFK into Amsterdam. You might be one of the lucky pair to try out this new route.
These aren't just everyday tickets either. You'll be flying in Prem+, OpenSkies' signature upper class service where you'll enjoy wide, leather seats, a comfy cabin and exquisite service all of the way across the Atlantic Ocean. Curious about how pampered you'll be? Gadling got to fly on one of the first flights to Paris and got to experience the pomp first hand. Check out our review!

We would spend our honey moon in one of the most beautiful and romantic cities in Europe.

If I were to win, I would ask my family to meet us for a large family reunion.
Tracy Oct 15th 2008 11:41PM
I'd love to go there with my husband for our 20th wedding anniversary this spring!

I bought a Philips Living Color LED lamp in Amsterdam about 18 months ago, and last month the remote control went out. Philips won't sell them in the U.S., so I'd pick up a replacement remote control. I can't turn on the lamp without it!
I would also go to the gay leather bars with my boyfriend, and we would probably make out and be naughty.
And most important, I would pay a lady to have sex with me. I'm gay, so it would be an awesome story to tell my friends. I chickened out last time I was there, but this time I'd totally, TOTALLY do it with the money I'd save on airfare.

I'd love to explore the sites in Amsterdam and do all the things I haven't done in the US!

I would take my brand new wife to see the flowers, the canals, the museums and all the lovely people of Amsterdam as I remember them from my last visit twenty years ago.

After taking care of my mother for over 15 years, the county decided they wanted to own the house, so they took her away to 4 different "homes," and by sheer neglect, murdered her. She was sobbing and wanted to be with me. She had nothing wrong with her before the incarceration. I had to pay their attorney $27,500 for his "services" and they refused to release the body for several months. I have not left my bed for over a year. I have no one in this area. I would love to see my best girlfriends from when I was living in Brussels, working at NATO. I would go see my friend Sue in London, and to my friend Brigitta in Brussels. Maybe I could start to see life as I once saw it.

I would have a blast! My friend is going to Amsterdam next month for the 4th year in a row. I would LOVE it if I won these tickets! It would really boost my spirits.
I would do things in Amsterdam that people only dream about doing there whole life! Take advantage of all the thing Amsterdam has to offer that are legal.
If I won, it would be one of the best things that ever happened to me! Please let me have this! I will never forget this.

I am a disabled Mother of 5. In addition to them, I finished raising my little brothers daughter because he passed away. After a lifetime of raising kids; the last of my two ducks have left the nest and I am in much need of of a trip that I never could afford. If I won I would faint, then I would completely take in the sites, sounds and taste of a country that I have only dreamed of. Good Luck to us ALL !!!

I would use the tickets to get there and never come back!!! You can keep the second one and leave me there!!
I would be taking my fourth visit to Holland and maybe this time I would actually wander outside of the city into Rotterdam or Utrecht.
Steve Oct 16th 2008 2:15AM
I would use them to take my girlfriend to Amsterdam for New Years to propose. That was my initial plan until the economy started to tank and we had to tighten our budgets and postpone our first big trip together.

I want a ticket please.

Visiting the Netherlands is still part of my travel dream.
My husband and I would like to walk through the cities and breath in the atmosphere, sit outside and drink coffee and people watch, and see how our values are the same as the people of the Netherlands.

I've lived in Amsterdam for 5 years and would use the tickets for my mother to come and visit me. She would love the city, especially in tulip season. Maybe with my brother or her best friend. Then again, if we could use the tickets in reverse, I would love to visit NYC again...it's been too long ...

Winning FREE tickets to Amsterdam would be a dream come true. It would allow me to return to the Europe I once traveled as a member of the U.S. Air Force and allow me to visit the many sites and friends I left behind.

I've woke up in a baseball field once. I've come to in the back seat of a moving car. Even in the front yard once. I have never come to in Amsterdam. It's Thursday morning. I will start drinking Friday morning. I'll wait for someone to notify me I have won. Then I'll start drinking, slowly, progressively, in a premeditated, deliberate fashion. I will arrive at the airport, yelling "God save the queen" and singing Amsterdam's anthem. Finally, I will curl up in big leather seat, that is fastened to a big beautiful plane. I will be grateful and won't even talk of how planes are to big to get off of the ground. I will sleep beautifully and wake to the sounds of the marching band on the Amsterdam runway. There is going to be a marching band isn't there?

Amsterdam!! Amazing...I would love to go. My husband and I have never been to Europe and would be amazed and grateful for the opportunity. It's my dream vacation destination. Beer, flowers, canals, museums, history...wow.

Hubby and I have always wanted to go and visit another country. Why not this one?
