I preordered the Fleece 5.0 jacket, and received it about 2 weeks ago. It's all that the review says it is -- tons of pockets and a clearly well-thought-out design that makes it easy to carry tons of stuff. I haven't loaded it up to the extent the reviewer did, but it's great for carrying my phone, iPod, (sun)glasses, and having headphones velcroed-in all the time (and occasionally, a digital camera).
And I have to add, their customer service is phenomenal. When I preordered, I requested their expedited shipping, even though the jacket wasn't scheduled to be out for a month. I was contacted by their customer service with an "Are you sure?" email, and I responded that I was, and that I was hoping the jacket would arrive before their estimated date, and that I'd get it in time for a trip I was taking. They understood, and agreed that if it came in early they'd expedite shipping, but if not, they'd ship it standard and not charge me for the shipping. I never expected that kind of customized service!
Living in the northeast, I'm definitely considering the Quantum jacket as well.
And no, I don't work for them -- I just appreciate great design in things I use daily, and think they should be recognized for it.
