I absolutely love the Oregon coast, and the Tillamook Cheese factory is so much fun. I noticed you're from Portland. I wanted to let you know about the Grand Finale Cook-Off of the Tillamook Macaroni and Cheese Recipe Contest. This year's event should be really fun. I hope you can make it.
