I have actually tried both Element Bars and You Bars and think Element Bars taste better. They are actually $3 per bar (not $3.50) and if you buy a popular bar, it is only $2.50. Element Bars has a taste guarantee, but more importantly, they actually warn you while you are designing the bar if there are incompatible ingredients (that way you get a tasty bar the first time).
