Every restaurant I've worked at has had a version of that last one in the staff washrooms, part of the health regulations.

Yeah but this sign is actually a picture of a Verizon sign. Notice the little logo in the upper left? I work there and always wondered why we have such a sign. We don't work with the public or serve food and we are grown ups. Now I will have something to chuckle at today!
