Some years ago in a previous life of flying for a corporation, I met a couple of guys flying a Citation for a company. These two just couldn't get along, and this particular Citation II was not an SP and required two pilots.
Seems they got into an argument on a trip and when they landed to pick up their passengers they got into a fist fight. The FO lost the fight and stalked off, leaving the PIC in a pickle.
Hot headed and stupid he loaded up his passengers and headed home to Michigan.
Bad idea. The FAA took a dim view and solved his flying anger problem by taking his license. I don't remember names, but I do recall they were flying out of Michigan into Indiana to pick up the pax.
Cockpits require cool heads and calm for survival, not idiots full of piss and vinegar.
