You don't need to add the hotspot@home for T-Mobile on the Blackberry 8320 with UMA when overseas. I've used it in 5 countries and I never got dinged for roaming charges.
T-Mobile's International Blackberry plan is also pro-rated, so you can add the unlimited emails for 2 weeks and only pay for half a month.
