I've been flying Virgin America a lot in the last couple of months, up and down the west coast, and I have to say, they've got a good product! The crews have all been very pleasant, and genuinely act like they're happy to be there. I flew in their first class cabin a few weeks ago up to Seattle, and loved the reclining, massage chairs. Nothing like taking care of business while getting a massage! The food was pretty good, particularly for a domestic flight. I've also flown in coach, and love how you order a snack or drink from your seat, swipe your credit card at your seat, and the flight attendant shows up moments later with your order. Less work for everyone involved, and less people in the aisle that way.
