Emily, I got the same message. I have never been a Dell fan anyway. While in Afghanistan, Dell refused to ship a computer to me then wanted to charge state tax if they shipped it to my home address. I went to the PX and purchased a Toshiba Satellite X205. This was the first time I have been to the Dell site since. To me this is just another reason not to give Dell my business.
