Wow. I must confess that I usually love all the articles on this site. Most are extremely well balanced and informative. Perhaps I am missing some good old fashioned irony here but to comment that Europeans can't do Mexican due in large part to a blandness of palate simply beggars belief! It renders the rest of the article completely worthless in my view for the sheer arrogance and ignorance of that one sweeping generalisation. Have I missed a trick here? Could anyone be that dense to write off a whole continent like that??
