Chris; In an ideal world you would be be 100% right, but manufacturers are cutting costs and there are still quite a lot of gadgets that come with a 110V only adapter. Take for example Nintendo; the DS game console charger included with the device is 110 ONLY. I've got 4 or 5 chargers here that are the same. I've also got several that don't even mention the input power.
It's only a few bucks worth of electronics, but it's apparently enough to make vendors decide to let YOU worry about it instead.
