Any list that places such a heavy emphasis on Apple products is also highly suspect. The Macbook air is a joke with no replaceable battery. The iPhone as well is an overpriced excuse of a phone. unless you jailbreak it, you're stuck with ATT and thus paying out the ear for voice and data. Airport express? sorry, I'll gladly bring my linksys travel router that not only does, wireless networking but also has a 4 ports for wired connectivity. But as someone said, anybody who puts each item on a separate page for pagecount views should be treated with suspicion.
