If you're looking for some easy-to-get Delta SkyMiles, you need look no further than your own head.

Bosley, a hair restoration company, will give you 20,000 miles just for letting them examine your noggin.

If you decide their services are something you can use, you'll be rewarded with 150,000 SkyMiles. That sounds like a great deal.
