Its nice they didn't press charges. I was going to assume with todays society they would be sued to the full extent of the law. All airlines should be checking luggage at every airport every time for dwarfs; or "little people" to be politically correct (and other things of course). This was something they were obviously not going to get away with but if they did then the airline would look really bad. Just goes to show the airline can take a joke (no matter how NOT FUNNY) while doing standard procedures.
