You can always use Skype from any internet cafe (if your computer has also gone missing) to call any 800 numbers in the US (usually free for 800 numbers).
Sign up for a Skype account before leaving home and consider putting a few dollars credit in to allow for emergency calls if your wallet gets stolen.
