You must be joking. Who would seriously considering adding this piece of junk to their travel repertoire? If you want GPS it comes on virtually every new phone. If you want one for turn by turn, those are cheap and ubiquitous. If you need to share your location more accurately than all the other geo-based services, there are psychologists. I completely fail to get this.

Cell phones are not direct satellite. NO cell phone is going to give you 100% coverage, especially in the mountains and most places that people go when they get lost and need help.
