Bernadette: Evidently you have been duped into believing that military personnel get big benefits when they are transferred and they get to sight see along the way. The pet they were taking along is not covered in the travel expense of the military. They have to pay to have the animal transported. The air lines was diralect in their handling of the pet and I'm hoping all will turn out fine.

Wow, I am astonished at all the comment directed at Bernadette. To even think that every single civilian has been school in the numerous transportation methods of the military is ignorant.
If you made a comment about something that related to a civilian job would you like to be attacked merely because you didn't know anything about farmers who raised the food that fed you, so you could live to defend the country, or doctors & scientist who took care of you or developed cures and vaccines so you would be healthy enough to defend our county, or the teaches who educated you so you had a basis for learning so you could excel at the position your in, would you?
And don't even think for a moment that you know everything about every single trade that has kept our country growing. And yes, I know that with out our military we wouldn't have our country and the people in it, but also with out them we wouldn't have our military.
