I am Irish, and I fly from Florida to Ireland at least once a year. I always arrive in the morning, tired and hungry. I eat a full Irish breakfast, consisting of rashers, sausages, eggs, black & white pudding, tomatoes and brown bread, and tea, then sleep for 2 hours and get up feeling like a million. The jetlag has vanished, and I am ready to party right away.Just being in Ireland would cure any jetlag.
