What this story didn't tell is that Gabe increased his wife's insurance and changed the beneficiary to himself. Why would he be embracing her 50ft below and then run away and ask some one else to help when he himself could have rescued her. All the facts are against Gabe and he sound's like an insurance bilking lad. If all the facts are correct then he would definitely also enjoy the emrbrace of a big hairy fellow in the slammer.
