There aren’t enough photo blogs, if you ask me, especially by the mainstream media. That’s why I was pleased to learn about the debut of a new blog from the Boston Globe called “The Big Picture,” which tries to illustrate major news stories with large, high-resolution photographs. Sounds like a not-terrible-but-not-terribly-interesting idea, right?
Until you head over there and take a look at the photos. All of them are interesting; some just stunning. And they come from all over the world.
