Spirit Airlines to cut nearly half of pilot and flight attendant workforce

This article reminds me so much of this one I read a week or so ago at the end of may. This article called Silent Spring for Aviation discusses why the airlines are going to have to cut flights and what it means for us. It pretty much sums up what the last paragraph of this article is asking, which is what does this mean for us?
