So let me get this straight. People going home drunk will now not be able to take public transportation, therefore encouraging them to drive drunk alone or with friends??

I don't think they will ban drunk people from public transportation. I believe they'll just prevent them from drinking on public transportation...

Pudge, please notice the large red, white and blue rectangle with the words, "drinking alcohol on public transport is prohibited." It says DRINKING alcohol, not being drunk.

They're not saying they can't use public transport WHILE drunk, just that they can't actively consume alcohol on public transport.
