I took the Virgin Flight on Tuesday April 8th at 7 a.m. from LAX to SEA. We had a bit of a delay getting off the groudn as they explained the A320 was absolutely new. Did not matter.
The service on this flight was unbelievable! The inflight entertainment system is the best I have seen. You won't be bored. A range of music, your own playlist you can build, plenty of channels, many pay per view options, and a plane chat room!
Without doubt, the bar has been set VERY high for domestic carriers. It is my hope that Virgin America can expand the destinations it serves.
I have never glowed about a flight experience, but I was not alone. While departing, a number of passengers left exchanging positive comments.
One quick note, I was a bit confused at check in. Seems I went to the Virgin Atlantic counter, but needed a completely different terminal for Virgin America.
Fly Virgin, you'll be glad.
