Naomi was abused by British Airways.
Google also serves my right and so does personal experience. British Airways is a horrendous airline. They where already the worst airline for baggage losses last year long before they opened that fiasco of Terminal 5 a few weeks ago. They are facing a Class action lawsuit for lost luggage and atrocious customer service practises like they displayed with Naomi Campbell.
So will some one please explain how they knew they were not going to sip Naomi Campbell's luggage while they are still loading the luggage at the gate? They had to have stolen it themselves?
Kate Moss did not find you her new line had been stolen on British Airways until after her assistant spent a whole day looking for it in LAX! Why did they treat Kate Moss better than Naomi? Racism!!!
Racist hate to see such a prominent black person and take every opportunity to to bing them down a notch.
