actually before you do, look up "miscarriage". that would be when a baby dies before it's born. crazy concept huh? soo when this happens, do you think the dead fetus stays in the mother until 9 months are up and a timer goes ding, or maybe possibly the body disposes of the unborn child?
also, according to your definition, anything from 8 weeks on is considered a fetus, until it is born. sooo, is somthing the size of a water bottle, that was dead before it ever hit air, and was NEVER BORN, a baby? ...or a fetus?
And are you sure about locking her up for murder on this one captain gavel?
Now place the dictionary on the nearest table, and slowly, back away....
