Jeff Greason, president of Xcor, has been on the cutting edge of this industry for some time. In addition to his work converting a Burt Rutan Designed Airplane (the long-EZ) into a spaceship, he was also the chief engineer for Rotary Rocket, Inc. His spirit and determination is renascent of the early barnstormers when anyone that could, would build their own airplanes in their backyards—today, its spaceships!
