There's so much that's not being told about this story... I'd love to know what really happened. Rogue inflight masturbators definitely need to be cuffed, but how is this the airline's fault?
If AA "failed" to protect her, then AA "fails" to protect me from douchebag loudmouth businessmen.

I think that she has a case. The flight attendants are responsible for the safety of their passengers. If the perpetrator is convicted of a crime, that will lend weight to the civil case.
Having a businessman talk your ear off is not in the same category.

Sexual criminal behavior/sexual assualt in this case shouldd be proscuted, but is the airlines responsible, I say no, did the victim in this case do anything that may have led this person on...I think not as she is yet another victim of a male who wanted to control another human being.
