Personally, I didn't think either one of these young women was exceptionally beautiful, but in their minds they think they are.
What is sad is the attitude of these young women, lets call it "Paris-wanna-be" attitude, they think their looks entitle them to special treatment and such, and they don't.
Beverage, water and alike are not served till a certain point in the flight, get over yourself, grow up, no-one owes you anything, you could have brought your own bottle of water.
Because of Paris Hilton and the Hollywood young, we are going to see a generation of women who are totally worthless, for some reason they think they are entitled to the rich and famous life style just because of their looks. Outer beauty needs something to back it up, such as intelligence, personality, grace, character, without integrity and the above mentioned, beauty turns can turn really ugly quickly..
As a beautiful older woman, I shake my head at the younger generation of women, please I beg of you, get some class, read a book, serve your community, get your face out of the mirror and contribute.

While I do not agree that what these 2 ladies did, how they acted and so on-Shari, I have to "shake my head" at you as well. You claim the "younger generation" needs to get some class, read a book--etc etc.
I am young (23), a woman and beautiful but I am also very educated and not a "Paris-wanna-be".
There is nothing wrong with taking a look in the mirror in the mornings-or out of the bathroom at times. You claim that you are beautiful-how would you ever know that if you didn't look in the mirror? (Did I take your comment literally? I sure did.)
My point, Shari--what these ladies did was ignorant but not all of us from the younger generation are self absorbed, idiotic, know-it-alls. Some of us have managed to get our acts together quite well. Next time you run across a decent looking person that is acting a fool, remember there is another sitting in a library somewhere working on a degree...paper...life...or just plain reading. It's us boring people working on bettering ourselves that will NEVER make it into your news for you to comment freely on.
So please, I beg of you, stop making a sweeping generalization of women that are at very least, decent looking, for we aren't all as idiotic as the two that made this story what it is.

I have to agree with you 100 percent. Some of you younger gals may disagree. But look at the behavior of this current generation of girls. Girls gone wild, excessive drinking, promiscuity, look at me me me! They constantly worry about how much and what they eat in front of people, but yet will sit there and have drink after drink after drink without a thought to all the alcohol they are putting down their throats.
There is no shame, class or self respect in this generation of girls.
