The column didn't do him justice - it was truly one of the most awful things I've read. His dad was also the former travel editor of the Guardian, so that helped take someone who can't put together a coherent post. But the Guardian made it about mob rule and how people on the evil internets hurt his feelings instead of dealing with nepotism in the workplace and that common reaction to defend fellow "journalists" at all costs.
The comments were the best part of the article.
